Automatic Detection Language
Currently, 3Dolphins can detect the language of the incoming message, i.e ‘Indonesian’ and ‘English’. The Bot will respond to the message in the same language as the input text of the customer. If the customer message is not ‘Indonesian’ or ‘English’ language, the Bot will respond to the message of the customer using an unrecognized message.
