Attendance tracking system (ATS) calculation :

ATS = Total minutes available : Total minutes in shift

From the picture of the attendance agent table above, minda opr p is included in the morning shift team from 09:00 to 13:00 so from 09:00 to 13:00 if it is calculated in minutes, the total minus in shifts is 240 minutes , then the minda opr p checks in at 10:22 and checks out at 13:24. If it is calculated in minutes, it means that the user is only available in a shift during 158 minutes because shift agent only until 13:00. So, if broken down into the ATS formula is as follows :

ATS = total minus available : total minutes in shift

ATS = 158 minutes : 240 minutes

ATS = 0.6583333333 = 65.83%

Task report can be used to track your employees performance, their involvement in projects and view of all the tasks in a project based on employee, number of task, on going, done, overdue and other metrics that can be filtered. Filters will allow you to limit data shown in reports based on selected filters conditions like range date and agent name. You can be download the task report to .xlsx file to your local drive for purposes of analysis, sharing or backup, as shown below.
