This section describes for how to manage channel connector (Integrating between channels that will be used by users with 3Dolphins (Bot and Omnichannel contact center). This below contains instructions on how to access Channel Connector.

  • Login as “Administrator“, for the 3Dolphins SRM login mechanism, do the steps described on the “Login” page,
  • Select “Integration” menu and then select the “Channel Connector” menu,
  • 3Dolphins will redirect you to channel connector page,

How to Create New Line @Account Channel

Go to Admin Official Line

This section describes for how to access admin official line, by doing the following steps :

  • Enter “Email Address” and “Password” of your LINE account, click “Login” button.
  • Succes login Admin official line, click link “Line Official Account Manager”, or log in to the line official account manager by following the steps in “Go to Line Official Account Manager”.
  • You can access reports and settings for your LINE official account.

  • Log in to the console, click “Admin Panel” button,
  • Click “Log in with LINE account” button or “Log in with business account” button. For example, click “Log in with LINE account” button.
  • Enter “Email Address” and “Password” of your LINE account, click “Login” button.
  • Success login Line official account manager,

How to Create Line Developer

This section describes for how to start using LINE Login, you must first create a channel on the LINE Developers console, by doing the following steps :

  • Log in to the console (Log in to the LINE Developers console with the email address and password of your LINE account or a QR Code displayed on the login screen),
  • Click “Log in with LINE account” button or click “Log in with business account” button. For example, click “Log in with LINE account” button.
If you do not have a LINE account, download LINE and create your LINE account.
  • Enter “Email Address” and “Password” of your LINE account, click the “Login” button.
  • Register as a developer (only on first login), Enter your “Name” and “Email Address” to create a developer account on the LINE Developers console, check “Line Developers Agreement”, click the “Confirm” button.
  • Click the “Register” button,
  • Confirm that your account was registered as a developer, click “Create a new provider” button,
  • enter a name for the provider. The provider is the entity that offers your app. For example, you can use your own name or the name of your company, click “Confirm” button,
  • In the confirm tab, click “Create” button.
  • Confirm that your provider was created.
  • Click “Create Channel” button in line login,
  • Enter the required information for your channel, click “Confirm” button,
  • In the confirm tab, check “Line developer agreement” and click the “Create” button,
  • Confirm that your channel was created,
  • Create a channel “Messaging API”, click “Create Channel” button,
  • Select create new channel “Messaging API“,
  • Enter the required information for your channel messaging API, click “Confirm” button,
  • Click “Agree” button,
  • In the confirm tab, Check “Line Official Account Term of use” and “Line Official API Term of use”, click the “Create” button,
  • Confirm that your channel messaging API was created,

How to Create New Line @Account Channel

This section describes for how to mechanism for add line account channel, by doing the following steps :

  • Login as “Administrator“, for the 3Dolphins SRM login mechanism, do the steps described on the “Login” page,
  • Click the “Integration” menu in the main menu and selecting “Channel Connector” to create and manage channels account.
  • On the channel connector page, click “Plus” button in the channel Line Account,
  • 3Dolphins will be redirect you to pop up channel setting appears,
  • Enter the channel name,
  • Copy the “Channel Id” in channel messaging API > Click channel settings and paste “Channel Id” in the channel setting line account 3Dolphins,
  • Paste the “Channel Id” that has been copied,
  • Copy the “Channel Token” in channel messaging API > Click channel settings and paste “Channel Token” in the channel setting line account 3Dolphins,
  • Paste the “Channel Token” that has been copied,
  • Copy the “Channel Secret” in channel messaging API > Click channel settings and paste “Channel Secret” in the channel setting line account 3Dolphins, Click “Save” button.
  • Paste the “Channel Secret” that has been copied,
  • Successful add channel line account,
  • Click enable toggle to activate channel line account has been added,

Channel component explanation :

  1. Channel Name
  2. Channel ID
  3. Channel URL Edit Button : Click to edit channel URL. If connecting with proxy, please adjust the URL accordingly.
  4. Channel URL Copy Button : Click to copy channel URL to clipboard.
  5. Delete Button : Click to delete the channel.
  6. Onlline / Offline Button : Click to turn on or turn off channel. Red means offline channel and green means online channel.

How to Add New Rule Line Account

This section describes for how to be able to run the channel line account and how the chat customer message can be incoming as a ticket to the “Assigned” tab Agent, make a rule first by doing the following steps :

  • First, click the “Customer Service” menu in the main menu and selecting “Rule Management” to create and manage channel line account that have been created.
  • On the rule management page, click “New Rule” button,
  • 3Dophins will be redirect you to pop up add new rule, select the channel line account was the created,
  • Enter rule name,
  • Select rule group,
  • Enter max assignment, click the “Save” button,
  • 3Dolphin will be redirect you to rule management page,
  • Add team member > Click “Plus”button,
  • 3Dolphin will be redirect you to pop up add team member,
  • Search member will be added, click “Plus” button,
  • Result of add team member in line @Account channel.

RESULT OF CREATE NEW LINE ACCOUNT CHANNEL

  • Click enable toggle to activate channel line account has been added,
If connecting with proxy, please adjust the URL accordingly.

When you activate your line account channel, example ‘Channel Line‘ channel, make sure that ‘port‘ in the Channel URL has been set up. If you don’t set up ‘port’ in the Channel URL then the Application won’t work and ticket customer cannot enter to the ‘Assigned‘ bucket tab agent.
