SDK stands for “Software Development Kit”. In general, an SDK refers to a full-suite software module that includes everything developers need for a specific module within an app. When a developer uses an SDK to develop applications and create systems, those apps have to communicate with other applications. An SDK includes an API to enable that communication.
For example, when there are customers who ask to find their favorite song or find a music they want to hear, you need to create a find music dialogue that is integrated with YouTube SDK. So, when the customer types ‘Cari Musik‘ or ‘Cari musik bon jovi dengan judul It’s my life‘, the system will automatically display the output in the form of the music video in question.

How to Create New SDK Library
To be able to integrate SDK into the dialog, you can create a new SDK library by clicking the +New SDK button in the top right corner. Then, you will see a pop-up to create new SDK, enter the SDK name, description, upload the SDK file and click the save button.
Integrate SDK for Dialog Flow
After the SDK library has been successfully created, the next question is “how to integrate sdk with dialogs?”. Sometimes some of the dialogs you make require sdk to be able to communicate with other applications. For example, in the find music dialog, attach sdk “youtube search” in the integration section.
Remove SDK Library
Sometimes you need to remove the SDK from a system when it’s no longer needed or other problem. In the SDK Library page, select the SDK and click the delete icon, then system will proceed remove SDK.
