# Filter Group KPI

You can also use filters towards the group's KPIs by **channel**. You'll instantly see which group KPIs meet the requirements you've identified by using this filter.

To get started, on the left side of the page there are drop-down filters. Then, choose the filter you want to use. In the example image below, we will display a filter based on **Live Chat**. The result will be shown as images below.
