# Operator Target

Operator Target report adalah fitur yang memudahkan supervisor untuk memantau target tiket dan target waktu dari masing-masing agen. Lihat tabel dengan skor target tiket rata-rata, skor target waktu rata-rata, dan metrik lain yang dapat difilter berdasarkan *date range, group, channels* dan *agent*. Anda dapat mengunduh operator target report ke file .xlsx ke drive lokal Anda untuk tujuan analisis, berbagi, atau backup, seperti yang ditunjukkan di bawah ini.

Selain itu, Supervisor juga dapat melihat operator target report dari agen tertentu dengan mengklik action '*Detail*'. Di sini Anda dapat mengunduh operator target report ke file csv dengan mengklik button ‘*Download Operator Target*‘ ke drive lokal Anda untuk tujuan analisis, berbagi, atau backup, seperti yang ditunjukkan di bawah ini.
