# Bot Visitor Volume

Bot visitor volume adalah fitur yang memudahkan Supervisor untuk melihat jumlah kunjungan yang ditangani oleh bot di channel Anda dalam jangka waktu tertentu dengan channel yang digunakan pengunjung Anda untuk berhubungan dengan Bot Anda.

Dengan memperoleh rasio kunjungan, Anda dapat memantau seberapa baik saluran bot Anda digunakan. Laporan visitor volume dapat difilter berdasarkan rentang tanggal dan dilihat berdasarkan jam, hari, minggu atau bulan. Selain itu, Anda dapat mengunduh visitor volume ke file .XLS, .PDF, .CSV atau .TXT, seperti yang ditunjukkan di bawah ini.
