# Create New Service Analytics

Fungsi new analytic service untuk menyematkan laporan zoomdata. Bagian ini berisi instruksi tentang cara membuat new service analytic.

Untuk memulai, masuk ke menu ***analytic*** dan klik menu ***live agen**t*, maka Anda akan melihat halaman *live agent*. Di pojok kanan atas, klik button ‘***+New Service Analytic***‘. Kemudian, Anda akan melihat pop up untuk menambahkan new service analytic, masukkan s*ervice analytic name* dan *service analytic script*, lalu klik button ***'Save'***.
