Live agent productivity adalah fitur yang memudahkan Supervisor untuk memantau produktivitas Agen Anda melalui grafik ‘AHT’, ‘Agent Productivity’, ‘E-mail’, ‘Telephony’, ‘Web & InApps Chat’, ‘Chat and Social Media’, dan ‘Walk-In’ yang dapat difilter menurut *date range* dan *live agent name* yang dapat diunduh ke file .XLS, .PDF, .CSV atau .TXT, seperti yang ditunjukkan di bawah ini.
