# Wallboard Classifier

Wallboard classifier memungkinkan Anda untuk menampilkan Wallboard dengan semua trigger atau masalah tiket. Menggunakan wallboard classifier dapat membantu Supervisor untuk memantau masalah (tagging tiket) pada tiket yang masuk.

**Penjelasan komponen :**

| Komponen                         | Deskripsi                                                                                                                                                                                                         |
| -------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Top Tags                         | Fitur ini tidak hanya memungkinkan untuk menampilkan top tag saja, tetapi juga akan secara otomatis menampilkan jumlah tiket yang menggunakan tagging dan melihat daftar tiket yang menggunakan tagging tersebut. |
| Top 10 Tags                      | Hanya tagging yang sering digunakan pelanggan yang akan ditampilkan pada 10 bagian tag teratas.                                                                                                                   |
| Last 10 created ticket with tags | Menampilkan 10 tiket terakhir yang dibuat dengan tag.                                                                                                                                                             |

Di bagian Top tags, arahkan kursor ke tag, lalu Anda akan melihat jumlah tiket yang menggunakan tagging tersebut. Jika Anda mengklik pada tag tersebut, Anda akan melihat tiket yang menggunakan tag itu.
