# Fallback Message

Untuk menampilkan pesan respon ketika bot tidak memahami maksud dari pertanyaan pelanggan (Biasanya pesan ini muncul karena FAQ Knowledge belum tersedia pada bot yang mengakibatkan bot tidak memahami pertanyaan pelanggan).

Pilih Bot dan klik ikon ***‘Fallback Message’*** (![](/files/-MRT8otz7LQBhTB_0ZBH)). Kemudian, Anda akan melihat pop-up dari fallback mesage. Masukkan pesan yang akan dikatakan oleh bot, pilih bahasa dan pilih tipe dari fallback message. Ada 3 tipe classifier pada fallback message yaitu complaint, inquiry dan request.
