# Unrecognized Setting

Untuk menampilkan pesan respons ketika bot tidak memahami intention dari pertanyaan pelanggan. Setting ini hanya akan digunakan setelah memastikan tidak ada pesan respons yang sesuai dengan knowledge yang tersedia pada bot atau pada tipe classifier yang terdapat di fallback message. 

Pilih Bot dan klik ikon **‘Unrecognized Setting’** (![](/files/-MRT8otwooqEsUZXqbxd)). Kemudian, Anda akan melihat pop-up dari unrecognized setting. Ketik pesan yang akan dikatakan bot dan pilih pesan bahasa yang akan digunakan dan klik tombol 'plus' (![https://docs.3dolphins.ai/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/5-7.png](/files/-MRT8otxEnxHrXTYIvBK)).
