# Macro First Name and Last Name

3Dolphins memiliki perintah macro untuk kolom special seperti “**customer name**”, “**first name**”, “**last name**”, dan “**bot name**”.

Jika Anda ingin menggunakan fitur ini, Anda dapat membuat knowledge baru dan ketikkan perinta macro atau Anda dapat menambahkan perintah macro pada knowledge yang sudah tersedia, seperti pada gambar dibawah ini.
