# Chat History

Chat History (Riwayat Percakapan) merupakan arsip dari salinan percakapan online. Ini ditujukan apabila Anda perlu menyimpan riwayat percakapan Anda dengan pelanggan untuk dokumentasi perusahaan, fitur ini memungkinkan Anda mengunduh percakapan tersebut dari live chat.
