# Send File

Agen dapat mengirim file dari perangkat Agen seperti dokumen, gambar, audio dan video. Jenis data umum yang digunakan untuk mengirim file adalah:

Dalam ruang percakapan Anda dengan pelanggan, klik tombol 'attachment' (<img src="/files/-MOVaBObluEvugo5Zuub" alt="" data-size="line">) dan pilih menu 'send file'. Kemudian, Anda akan melihat pop-up untuk mencari file di dalam komputer Anda, pilih file yang akan dikirim lalu klik tombol 'open'.

Misalnya, Anda ingin mengirimkan file menggunakan tipe file .png. Lalu, Anda dapat melihat pratinjau file di ruang percakapan, kemudian Anda dapat mengklik tombol 'cancel' untuk membatalkan pengiriman file, atau klik tombol 'send' untuk mengirim file tersebut.
