# Takeover Ticket

Terkadang Supervisor perlu untuk mengambil  alih tiket. Itu mungkin dikarenakan Agen sedang menangani tiket lain sehingga menyebabkan pelanggan menunggu terlalu lama atau ada masalah lain yang membutuhkan wewenang dari Supervisor. Oleh karena itu, seorang Supervisor dapat mengambil alih tiket menggunakan tombol **'reassign'** dan tombol '**batch reassign'** kepada diri mereka sendiri. 

Misalnya, di halaman dashboard Anda, pilih tiket yang akan dialihkan lalu klik tombol 'reassign' ( <img src="/files/-MOBFID0lpImq-5LtoaD" alt="" data-size="original">) . Anda akan melihat pop-up tiket untuk melakukan reassign tiket kemudian, Anda dapat melakukan pengambil-alihan tiket dengan menugaskan ulang tiket ke diri Anda sendiri (Supervisor).

Jika pengambil alihan tiket berhasil, maka tiket akan berpindah ke tab **Inbox Supervisor**, seperti yang ditunjukkan di bawah ini.
