# View Assignment Rule

Assignment Rule digunakan untuk menentukan berapa banyak *channel* yang ditugaskan kepada Agen atau Supervisor. Untuk mengetahui *rule* mana yang ditetapkan untuk Anda, ikuti langkah-langkah di bawah ini:

Pada halaman dashboard, klik tombol **'Assignment Rule'** ( <img src="/files/-MPnU34kFOuHd79EHO2F" alt="" data-size="original"> ). Kemudian, Anda akan melihat pop-up dari assignment rule dimana Anda dapat melihat daftar channel dan skills (Inbound atau Outbound) yang ditugaskan kepada Anda, seperti gambar di bawah ini.
