# Add New Classifier Module

Sebelum Anda menambahkan content dan label pada classifier, Anda perlu menambahkan classifier module. Modul ini adalah sebuah kategori yang menentukan tipe tag. Sebagai contoh, saat Anda ingin untuk memberi tag pada tiket seputar pertanyaan tentang live chat, Anda dapat membuat classifier module dengan nama 'Live Chat'.

Pada pojok kanan atas, klik button **+*****New Classifier.*** Anda akan melihat pop-up untuk membuat nama modul dan klik button *Save*. Jika classifier berhasil dibuat, classifier akan muncul pada list paragraph classifier seperti berikut.
