# Rule Management

*Rule Management* adalah fitur untuk mengelola aturan dari channel Anda setelah channel tersebut dibuat. Setelah aturan channel dibuat, Anda harus menugaskan anggota tim Anda untuk menangani distribusi tiket di channel tersebut. Distribusi tiket terdiri dari penentuan jumlah maksimal tiket yang akan ditugaskan ke masing-masing channel, penanganan SLA tiket, dan pengaturan jam layanan Agen untuk melayani pelanggan.‌

Untuk mengatur rule anda, masuk ke menu ***Customer Service*** dan klik menu ***Rule Management*** maka anda akan melihat halaman *rule management* seperti gambar di bawah ini
