# Service Hours

Fitur ini memungkinkan Anda untuk melakukan pengaturan jam layanan untuk melayani pelanggan dan juga mengatur pesan yang akan ditampilkan ketika layanan atau jam operasional telah berakhir. Sehingga ketika pelanggan mengirimkan pesan di luar jam layanan atau operasional, tiket pelanggan secara otomatis akan masuk sebagai antrian pada tab ***Unassigned*** milik Supervisor dan sistem akan secara otomatis membalas pesan pelanggan sesuai dengan pesan yang ditetapkan pada bagian *out of service message*.

Misalnya, Anda dapat menyetel jam layanan pelanggan pada aturan channel 3Dolphins live chat pada hari Senin-Jumat dari '08:00' sampai '17:00', menetapkan Sabtu-Minggu sebagai hari libur umum, dan menetapkan pesan layanan. Jika Anda ingin mengaktifkan *public holidays*, pastikan *service hours* juga diaktifkan.

Ketika pelanggan mengirim pesan di luar jam layanan atau jam operasional, tiket akan masuk antrian (tiket akan masuk ke tab ***Unassigned*** milik Supervisor), walaupun saat itu ada Agen yang sedang online, sistem akan otomatis mengirim pesan layanan, seperti yang ditunjukkan gambar di bawah ini
