# Add Operators Target (Independent Target)

Target independen memungkinkan Supervisor membuat beberapa target setiap bulan ke satu agen berdasarkan channel yang dipilih. Misalnya, Anda dapat menambahkan target untuk Agen A dengan menentukan berapa banyak tiket yang harus dicapai atau ditangani Agen A selama waktu target yang ditentukan.

Pada halaman operator target, Anda dapat memilih atau mencari operator menggunakan fitur pencarian. Masukkan kata kunci *'operator name'* di kolom pencarian dan tekan enter.

Pilih dan klik operator yang dituju, maka Anda akan melihat jendela pop-up untuk menambahkan target. Misalnya pilih channel Live Chat dan tambahkan target di bulan Maret dengan memasukkan total target tiket dan berapa lama (dalam menit) target tersebut akan tercapai lalu klik tombol ***Edit Target***.
