# Apa yang Harus Dilakukan Jika Bot Tidak Ada Respon?

Biasanya, ini terjadi karena bot belum terpasang ke channel yang sedang Anda gunakan. Berikut beberapa hal untuk mengatasi masalah ini:

1. Login sebagai **Administrator**.
2. Pergi ke menu **Bot Settings**.
3. Klik halaman **Bot Manager**.
4. Pilih bot Anda.
5. Klik tombol **'channel deployment'** ( <img src="/files/-MYiDrX9G1it2rwrAet8" alt="" data-size="original"> ) yang terdapat pada bagian bawah bot.&#x20;
6. 3Dolphins akan mengarahkan Anda ke pop-up dari channel deployment. Untuk menambahkan channel, Pilih channel dan klik tombol 'plus'  ( <img src="/files/-MYiDwHjUjwdj5MU_d1E" alt="" data-size="original"> ) pada 'Available Channels'.
7. Jika pemasangan berhasil, Anda akan melihat channel yang dipilih sebelumnya di bagian channel bot.
8. Uji dialog di bot emulator.
