# Apa yang Harus Dilakukan Jika Bot Tidak Merespons Seperti Yang Diharapkan?

Biasanya hal ini terjadi karena bot tidak memiliki knowledge untuk menjawab pertanyaan tersebut. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, Anda dapat melakukan langkah berikut ini:

1. Login sebagai **Administrator**.
2. Pergi ke menu **Bot Settings**.
3. Klik halaman **Bot Manager**.
4. Periksa apakah FAQ modul dan Dialog modul telah terpasang? Jika tidak, lakukan attach pada FAQ modul dan Dialog modul yang dimaksud.
5. Jika FAQ modul and Dialog modul yang dimaksud sudah terpasang, Silahkan attach ulang modul tersebut. 
6. Uji FAQ atau dialog modul tersebut pada bot emulator dan lihat di modul bagian mana dialog tersebut disimpan.
7. Jika Anda ingin melakukan update pada knowledge atau dialog Anda, Pergi ke menu **FAQ Knowledge** atau menu **Dialog Flows**.
8. Cari knowledge atau dialog sesuai dengan FAQ atau dialog modul yang diperoleh sebelumnya dan perbarui dialog atau knowledge tersebut.
9. Periksa kembali bot dengan menggunakan bot emulator.
