# Activate Feedback Template

Untuk menampilkan pertanyaan feedback saat Anda menutup tiket pelanggan, pastikan Anda telah mengaktifkan feedback template tersebut. Untuk mengaktifkannya, masuk ke menu **quality assurance** > **feedback template**. Dalam daftar dari feedback template, pilih template yang akan ditampilkan dan klik tombol ***'activate'**.*

Ketika feedback template tersebut sudah aktif, jika tiket sudah selesai dan ditutup, sistem akan secara otomatis mengirimkan formulir feedback kepada pelanggan, dan additional question akan muncul sesuai dengan rating minimum yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya.
