# Create New Feedback Question

Rating feedback atau yang biasanya disebut penilaian umpan balik terdiri dari rating (bintang dan skor) dan additional question, baik rating maupun additional question memiliki format standar yang biasa digunakan oleh sebagian besar agen rating survey. Namun, Anda dapat menambahkan pertanyaan feedback baru sesuai dengan spesifikasi bisnis Anda dan tujuan survei Anda. Ada dua cara untuk menambahkan pertanyaan feedback, yaitu menggunakan **Agent Rating Survey** dan **NPS Survey**.
