# Active and Inactive Template

Setelah menambahkan template kriteria, untuk dapat melakukan penilaian pada agen Anda perlu mengaktifkan template tersebut agar template muncul pada form appraisal.

Secara default, template yang sudah berhasil ditambahkan akan aktif sehingga Anda bisa langsung menggunakannya untuk appraisal. Namun, jika Anda ingin menonaktifkan template tersebut, cukup nonaktifkan opsi ini. Warna hijau pada template menunjukkan bahwa template tersebut ***active***. Namun, warna kuning di template menunjukkan bahwa template criteria ***inactive***.

Misalnya, jika template kriteria dibuat untuk channel live chat, template kriteria hanya akan muncul di tiket live chat dan tidak muncul di tiket telegram, email, dll. Jika template aktif, template kriteria akan di tampilkan di form appraisal, seperti gambar di bawah ini.

Namun jika template tidak aktif maka template kriteria tidak ditampilkan pada form appraisal seperti gambar di bawah ini.
