# Block and Unblock Contact

Seperti pada blokir dan buka blokir kontak pada menu customer contact pada modul customer service, pada menu Contact pada modul sales activity Anda dapat melakukan hal yang sama. Dan ketika kontak pelanggan diblokir melalui halaman customer support atau customer contact, pada halaman contact pada sales activity, kontak tersebut akan ditandai sebagai diblokir.

Pilih dan klik kontak yang ingin Anda blokir, pada pojok kanan atas dari kontak detail, klik button **"Action"** dan pilih opsi "**Block Contact"**. Kemudian, Anda akan diminta untuk mengkonfirmasi request blokir, klik ***'Yes'*** untuk memproses pemblokiran kontak atau Anda dapat klik ***'No'*** untuk kembali ke detail kontak.
