Sometimes you need to remove the scheduled day off of the agent from a system, maybe it’s because the agent cancel leaves or another problem.
On the public holiday page, select and click the schedule. Then, you will see a pop-up of manage holiday, click the 'Delete' button.
If the schedule is deleted successfully, you will see a successful pop-up notification.
