# Channel Interaction

The channel interaction is feature that make it easy for supervisors to see the ticket activity bar chart such as assigned, open, pending, closed and unassigned tickets based on the date range for each channel owned, by start date and end date selected, then click ‘*Filter*‘ button. Channel interaction can be downloaded to a .XLS, .PDF, .CSV or .TXT file, such as images below.
