# Live Agent SLA

The Live Agent SLA is feature that make it easy for supervisors to see Agents SLA on each channel owned, which are displayed in a bar chart by date range (select start date and end date, then click the ‘Filter’ button). Live agent SLA can be downloaded to a .XLS, .PDF, .CSV or .TXT files, as shown below.
