# User AUX Audit

The user auxiliary audit report is feature that make it easy for Supervisors to see when your agents were available, not available and other metrics to keep track of your Agent’s statuses in real-time as well as agents’ status change log within a specific time period. Here you can download the AUX audit of multiple users from one time by clicking the ***download user state report*** button.

Then you will see a pop-up of generate user state report, you can be filter generate user state report by date range, username and additional column. You can be download multiple user state report to a .XLS, .PDF, .CSV or .TXT files, as shown below.

After generating the report successfully, you can see the file and download this file to your local drive for purposes of analysis, sharing or backup, as shown below.

In addition, the supervisor can also see user aux audits report from specific agent by selecting and clicking on the user or you can use search feature.

Here you can be filtered by date range, to download file click *‘**Download user state report’*** button. Then you will see a pop-up to generate user state report, you can be download user state report to a .XLS, .PDF, .CSV or .TXT files and add additional column in the file that will be downloaded.
