# Macro First Name and Last Name

3Dolphins have macro commands for special field like “**customer name**”, “**first name**”, “**last name**”, and “**bot name**”.

If you want to use this feature, you can add new knowledge and type the macro command or you can add the macro command in the existing knowledge like image below.

So based on the knowledge above, when customer ask about 3Dolphins, bot will reply with macro command like image below.
