# Macro First Name and Last Name

3Dolphins have macro commands for special field like “**customer name**”, “**first name**”, “**last name**”, and “**bot name**”.

If you want to use this feature, you can add new knowledge and type the macro command or you can add the macro command in the existing knowledge like image below.&#x20;

So based on the knowledge above, when customer ask about 3Dolphins, bot will reply with macro command like image below.
