Sometimes you need to remove the customer contact from a system when it’s no longer needed.
On the customer contact page, select the contact and click the remove icon ( ) at the top right side of the selected contact. Then, you will be prompted to confirm the remove request, click ‘Yes‘ to proceed remove contact or you can click ‘No‘ to return to the customer contact page
