# Result of Create New Instagram Business Channel

After create channel rule, back to ***Channel Connector*** page and click enable toggle to activate instagram business channel has been added.

This automatically converts any comment in your instagram post as a ticket that will incoming to the “**Assigned**” tab Agent or ‘**Unassigned**‘ tab supervisor.
