Result of Create New Smartcall Channel

Click enable toggle to activate youtube channel has been added.

Smartcall Channel

Customer make a call to your smartcall number then it becomes ticket to the 'Telephony' tab Agent or tab supervisor with category 'Inbound' ticket.

Inbound Call

You also can make outbound ticket by calling your customer number and it becomes ticket to the 'Telephony' tab Agent or tab supervisor with category 'Outbound' ticket.

Outbound Call

If you log in as ‘Agent‘, make sure agent status is ‘Available‘.
