# Create a New Channel on  YouTube

The first step when creating a youtube channel on the 3Dolphins platform is to create a new channel on youtube. To set up a developer account, do the following steps:

First, go to the link [https://youtube.com](https://youtube.com/). Then, sign in to your YouTube and click on the user icon at the top right of the screen.

Click on your profile icon then, select the gear icon to get to your account’s YouTube Settings.

On below **Your Account** click **'Create a new channel'**.

 Add your brand name and click the '**Create Channel'** button.

Your new channel is successfully created.

### How to View Channel ID

First, click on your 'profile' icon then, select the 'gear' icon to get to your account’s YouTube Settings.

To find your youtube account channel id, select the **'advanced settings'** menu.
