The live chat label form will appear when the customer is connected to live chat. In the live chat label, you can configure the ‘chat title’, ‘welcome text’, ‘type placeholders’, and ‘chat label’.

The first message that automatically come out when the user first login.

A placeholder located in text area where we type our message.
