# Bot Contextual

Bot Contextual digunakan untuk menampilkan pengetahuan sesuai konteks atau kondisi. Untuk mengaktifkan fungsi kontekstual dari FAQ Knowledge, saat membuat pengetahuan dan menyimpannya, masukkan konteks pada knowledge setting. Kemudian di halaman Bot Manager, pilih bot dan aktifkan **Contextual** bot dengan mengklik tombol **‘On’**.
