# Download Form Records

Semua form records dapat dibuat dan didownload menjadi file (.xls, .pdf, .csv, dan .txt) dan disimpan ke drive lokal Anda untuk tampilan offline seperti analisis, berbagi, atau tujuan pencadangan. Di sudut kanan atas halaman form management, klik tombol **'Download Report'** pada tab yang dipilih. Kemudian, di pop-up download form management, klik **'Generate Report'**.

| Address       | Alamat dari pelanggan Anda.                  |
| Birthdate     | Tanggal lahir dari pelanggan Anda.           |
| Email Address | Alamat email dari pelanggan Anda.            |
| Name          | Nama pelanggan Anda.                         |
| KTP           | Nomor Kartu Tanda Penduduk pelanggan Anda.   |
| NPWP          | Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak dari pelanggan Anda. |
| Last Name     | Nama belakang dari pelanggan Anda.           |
| First Name    | Nama depan dari pelanggan Anda.              |
