# Delete Teaser

Dalam pengelolaan konten live chat, ada kalanya teaser yang sebelumnya digunakan sudah tidak relevan, kadaluarsa, atau tidak lagi diperlukan untuk ditampilkan kepada pelanggan. Dalam situasi seperti ini, Anda dapat menghapus teaser tersebut agar daftar teaser tetap rapi dan hanya menampilkan informasi yang benar-benar dibutuhkan.

Untuk menghapus teaser, buka halaman **Teaser Management**, lalu pada bagian **Teaser List**, pilih teaser yang ingin dihapus dengan mengklik tombol **'Action'**. Setelah itu, pilih opsi **'Delete'** untuk menghapus teaser dari daftar.

Anda akan melihat pop-up konfirmasi untuk menghapus teaser. Klik **'Yes'** untuk melanjutkan proses penghapusan, atau klik **'No'** untuk kembali ke halaman **Teaser Management**.

Anda juga dapat menghapus teaser saat melihat preview-nya. Pada bagian **Teaser List**, klik tombol **'Preview'** untuk menampilkan pop-up **Teaser Preview**. Kemudian, klik tombol **'Edit'** di bagian kanan bawah pop-up, dan Anda akan diarahkan ke halaman **New Teaser** untuk melakukan perubahan atau penghapusan teaser tersebut.
