# Upload Agent's Attendance

Fitur ini memungkinkan Anda untuk dengan mudah mengubah jadwal beberapa agen sekaligus menggunakan upload file. Buka file attendance template  yang telah diunduh. Kemudian, masukkan informasi jadwal agen yang diperlukan seperti email, tanggal, check in 1, check out 1, dll.

Jika file sudah siap, klik tombol **'Upload Shift'** untuk mengupload file, maka akan muncul pop-up untuk mengupload agents attendance dan klik tombol **'Choose'**. Kemudian, 3Dolphins akan mengarahkan Anda untuk mencari file di lokal. Pilih file dan klik tombol **'Open'**.

Jika template attendance berhasil diunggah, Anda akan melihat notifikasi sukses, dan attendance agen akan muncul di daftar seperti gambar di bawah ini.
