# Result of Create New Twitter Channel

Ubah toggle untuk mengaktifkan channel Twitter yang baru ditambahkan.

Kemudian, kirimkan tweet yang berisi mention ke akun twitter yang telah ditambahkan sebagai channel. Tindakan ini secara otomatis akan mengubah tweet tersebut menjadi tiket dan masuk ke tab  **Inbox** agen atau tab **Unassigned** supervisor.

Selain itu, Anda dapat mengirimkan direct message ke akun twitter yang telah ditambahkan sebagai channel. Ini secara otomatis akan mengubah direct message tersebut menjadi tiket ke tab **Inbox** agen atau tab **Unassigned** Supervisor. Sehingga memungkinkan pelanggan untuk menghubungi Anda secara pribadi dibandingkan secara publik.
