# Enable Batch Close Ticket
Anda dapat mengaktifkan dan menonaktifkan fitur tombol 'Batch Closed Ticket' (
) yang dapat digunakan untuk menutup sekaligus tiket secara bersamaan menggunakan fitur ini.
Jika fitur ini dinonaktifkan (Enable Batch Close Ticket = False), Agen tidak dapat melihat tombol 'batch closed ticket' pada dashboard mereka.
Namun, jika fitur ini diaktifkan (Enable Batch Close Ticket = True), Agen dapat melihat dan juga menggunakan tombol 'Batch Close Ticket' untuk menutup tiket beberapa tiket sekaligus seperti gambar dibawah ini.
