# Number of Ticket History

Fitur ini digunakan untuk mengatur total jumlah tiket yang akan ditampilkan dalam daftar riwayat tiket di 360 customer view.

Sebagai contoh, pada ticket configuration, jumlah histori tiket diatur menjadi 5, sehingga daftar histori tiket pada 360 customer view hanya akan menampilkan 5 tiket, seperti yang ditunjukkan di bawah ini.

Anda dapat melihat riwayat tiket ini di menu **Customer Service** > **Customer Contact** > kemudian cari nama pelanggan dan klik avatar pelanggan.
