# Operator Allow Ticket Redistribute

Operator allow ticket redistribute adalah fitur yang memungkinkan untuk mengaktifkan atau menonaktifkan fungsi escalate dan transfer tiket operator. Jika fungsinya dinonaktifkan (operator allow ticket redistribute = False), operator tidak dapat melihat tombol fungsi escalate dan transfer (![](/files/-MWYys7BPxjkyeRn6rRq)) seperti ini.

Jika fitur ini dinonaktifkan (operator allow ticket redistribute = False), operator tidak dapat melihat tombol 'escalate' dan 'transfer' tiket (![](/files/-MWYys7BPxjkyeRn6rRq)) seperti ini.
