# Ticket Claim Mode

Fitur ini memungkinkan Anda untuk mengatur pilihan mode dari klaim tiket yang dipakai pada dashboard apakah berdasarkan **Channel** atau **Unit**. Apabila menggunakan mode Channel, maka seluruh antrean distribusi tiket akan bergantung pada masing-masing channel. Sedangkan, jika menggunakan mode Unit, maka antrean tiket bergantung pada masing-masing unit. Tiap unit akan memiliki antrean distribusi tiket yang berbeda.
