# Blocked

Biasanya user yang terdapat pada tab blocked adalah user yang memiliki akun yang diblokir karena telah memasukkan login maksimum atau akun user yang sudah habis masa berlakunya. 

Untuk membebaskan user yang diblokir, buka menu **Administration** > **User Management** > tab **Blocked**. Ini akan membawa Anda ke daftar user yang diblokir. Pilih user dan klik ikon **'Unlock'** (![](/files/-MSbA_MsBcIdzc0ODtEq)), seperti yang ditunjukkan di bawah ini.
