# Download Task Report

Setiap report pada halaman analytic dapat dibuat dan didownload menjadi file (.xls, .pdf, .csv, dan .txt) dan disimpan ke drive lokal Anda untuk tampilan offline seperti analisis, sharing, atau tujuan pencadangan. Untuk mendownload report, pergi ke halaman **Analytic,** pilih menu **Employee**, dan klik **Task Report**. Setelah muncul halaman operator target, klik tombol **'Download Task Report'**.

Kemudian, file akan dibuat dan Anda dapat mengunduh file tersebut dengan mengklik ikon **'Download'** (<img src="/files/-MTdruFSB2IIQVmJg9yu" alt="" data-size="original"> ). Jika Anda membuka file, data akan ditampilkan seperti gambar yang ditunjukkan di bawah ini.&#x20;

**Penjelasan Komponen:**

| Nama           | Deskripsi                                               |
| -------------- | ------------------------------------------------------- |
| NIK            | Nomor identitas user.                                   |
| Agent          | Nama agen.                                              |
| Number of Task | Total task milik agen tersebut.                         |
| On Going       | Jumlah task yang sedang dikerjakan oleh agen tersebut.  |
| Done           | Jumlah task yang telah diselesaikan oleh agen tersebut. |
| Overdue        | Jumlah task tertunda yang dimiliki oleh agne tersebut.  |
