# Live Agent

Live agent analytic membantu supervisor untuk mendapatkan gambaran umum tentang customer support Anda (Agen). Anda dapat melihat siapa yang berinteraksi dengan agen Anda dan memantau service yang mereka terima. Lihat statistik penggunaan, evaluasi laporan kinerja, belajar dari rating kepuasan pelanggan dan banyak lagi.

Halaman ini hanya dapat diakses oleh **Operator** (sesuai dengan wewenang yang diberikan), **Supervisor** dan **Administrator**. Untuk memulai, masuk ke menu **Analytic** dan klik menu **Live Agent**, maka Anda akan melihat halaman live agent seperti gambar di bawah ini.
