# Customer Rating

Di sisi kiri bawah tiket atau ketika Agen menutup percakapan dengan pelanggan, Agen dapat menambahkan rating untuk pelanggan tentang bagaimana perasaan Agen tentang pertanyaan pelanggan ketika Agen melayani tiket pelanggan, dll.

Jika Agen submit rating, Anda dapat melihat report customer rating di **Analytic** > **Live Agent** > **Customer Rating**. Anda dapat melihat jumlah rating dan skor rating rata-rata pada grafik customer rating bar dan tabel customer rating dari setiap tiket yang diberikan oleh Agen.&#x20;
